'Lacuna: Between sense and soma' is an abstract journey into the materiality of identity and image. It is the space between the mind and body, cover to cover, a passage of abstract meditation.

Bodies made strange, the familiar unfamiliar. Autonomy, distortion and dissection question the duality, singularity and linear representation of the self. Pinks and blues flow through the imagery interrogating illustrations of flesh and blood, the deceptions of how we see ourselves from our exterior, and the value we place on corporeality. Figures split, ooze and shadow, pages begin to affect one another and the printed image becomes both defined and mutable.

This introspective examination of solipsism and its surrounding viscera, finds peaceful un-resolve emerging from an overwhelmed, ectopic body.
